Signature this Wednesday, September 13rd 2023, at MINEDUB, of a partnership agreement between the government of Cameroon, represented by Professor Laurent Serge Étoundi Ngoa, Minister of Basic Education and the Devis Epassy foundation, represented by its president, Devis Epassy. It was in the presence, among others, of the Secretary of State to the Minister of Basic Education, the Secretary General of MINEDUB, the Inspector General of Services, the Director of Financial and Maternal Resources, the Head of the legal affairs division. In his words, Devis Epassy, ​​president of the eponymous foundation, thanked the government for the opportunity it gives him, through this agreement, to build and rehabilitate school’s infrastructures for vulnerable children. For him, the Minister of Basic Education, after congratulating the goald keeper of the indomitable lions for the brilliant qualification of the national team for the Ivorian African Cup pf Nations in a few months, underlined that the signing of this convention constitutes a special event. Because it translates into action the provisions of the education orientation law in Cameroon of 1998, which allows private partners to contribute to improving the supply and quality of education. Professor Laurent Serge Étoundi Ngoa welcomed the signing of this agreement, the proper execution of which will be beneficial for MINEDUB and reassured his host that he will spare no effort for its effective implementation.
